PLAN A - PEACE OF MIND

(FULL ONE YEAR PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY)

Plan A is our Peace of Mind, No Worries, No Surprises, "I've already paid for it" plan. Jiffy will come out as soon as possible after notification of a problem and fix it or replace defective part(s) or equipment as necessary under your plan protection. Please consult the Replacement Parts Matrix for clarification, Also included are two (2) seasonal inspections and Priority Service.

PLAN B - LIMITED PARTS & LABOR PLAN
(PARTIAL ONE YEAR PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY)

Plan B is our Partial Coverage Plan and includes repair or replacement of the majority of the parts that can fail on your HVAC system. Please consult the Replacement Parts Matrix for clarification. Also included are two (2) seasonal inspections and Priority Service.

PLAN C - BASIC PLAN
(FULL ONE YEAR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE POLICY)

Plan C is our Seasonal Maintenance Plan. It includes two (2) seasonal inspection and Priority Service.

Definitions
SEASONAL INSPECTIONS
Are done twice annually, scheduled and performed during normal business hours (Monday - Friday - 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.). If customer has filter on hand, Jiffy will change it out.
PRIORITY SERVICE
Allows that during periods of high demand, JIFFY PLUMBING & HEATING, INC's priority customers are afforded Priority Service opportunities FIRST, before members of the general public are served. When every company is swamped with overflow demand during that seasons 1st heat or cold wave(s), priority service is a very important plan feature.
COMMERCIAL AND OTHER PLANS

The plans presented here are, for standard residential situations. Our Commercial & Other Plans box (below left) is a space where terms of individualized agreements can be described.

Parts of residential policy may be used for commercial & other policies if terms are indicated clearly.

NOTE: Plan coverage of outdoor equipment that cannot be checked due to cold weather will be invoked at the earliest possible time after the ambient temperature rises.
